- Our insulative core is custom-made with dual-faced aluminum and XLPE foam, which provides both sound-dampening to maintain privacy and radiant heat reflection so you can regulate temperatures in your cabin more efficiently all year long.
- Our product design enables full black-out coverage and privacy. Graduated fold lines allow the shade to remain attached and stow compactly with clearance to open and close the door with no issues.
- Installation is easy, no drilling required. The window cover attaches magnetically with the label facing inside the van.

- Non-warranty returns or exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of delivery of the product.
Please note which model you need for your van. All shades roll up and can be stowed, but depending on your window, the model will have cuts, slits, or access points to access the window hardware.
- Standard is a solid shade, with no cuts or slits needed for window access.
- CRL T-Vent has an offset cut that aligns with the CRL window
- Motion/AMA/VWD has a center cut that works with these brands of windows
- AMA/VWD high cut works with AMA and Van Windows Direct windows with a higher cut and the ability to roll up the right or left side of the shade independently from the other side.
- The Thor Rize/Tellaro/Sequence/Scope model installs using 4 metal adhesive strips.

Fits great.
Front window doesn’t fit tight as I’d like. The rest are awesome!
The window covering fit just perfectly in my Dodge Pro master. it doesn’t allow any light on the edges and it’s durable and I’ll order one again when I need it.
Fits great, stays on great
The sliding door window shade fits our 2021 Thor Sequence - ProMaster 3500 door perfectly. I tried several other products by different makers that claimed to fit. But the Van Made Gear shades are hands down the best and well worth the price. I also purchased the back door shades and everything fits perfectly. The sliding door shade sits snuggly inside the window frame. And we installed only the top row magnets to the window, and have found that works great to keep the fit tight and also allows us to fold up the shade and keep it secure within the frame. The shades are high quality and well made. And since getting them, we have noticed a considerable difference in temperature control within our B van. We plan to replace our few remaining shades with all Van Made Gear products.

The VanMade Gear slider door cover for the Thos Sequence Ram Promaster is a huge improvement over stock provided window cover. This cover provides total blackout or fold up to let light in plus just leave in place for traveling for easy set up when its tjme for privacy. Can’t imagine a better cover for this door than the VanMade cover.

Excellent, excellent, excellent window shade. It fits perfectly and blocks all the light from entering and leaving. Works great for insulation as well. Folds up nice and small, and doesn't take up much space when not in use. I love how easily I can open and close my window with the way this is designed. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. I also have to say that my left arm is paralyzed and this is extremely easy for me to use. As soon as the shades I have on my front windows fall apart (they came with my van), I'll be replacing them with the ones they make here at VanMade Gear. I'm very impressed with this shade (I also have the MaxxAir fan cover/blind they make and love that as well) for the sliding door window and look forward to having all my windows using shades make by VanMade Gear.

Had a rush put on these for new van pickup and Vanmade Gear delivered on time! We have a Ram Promaster 3500 outfitted from Dave and Matt Vans and ordered a set for the front windows, slider, and rear windows and they are all amazing. Love how we can keep the slider and back window covers in place while driving and the insulation kept our van a nice 67 degrees while camping in 20 degree Moab weather. Highly recommend this product and the investment was worth every dollar spent!

These are made so well and they work so good. I bought them for most of my window in the van (Promaster 3500.) I cannot wait until the make the ones for the rear side, bedroom, I'll be the first one in line. Best.

Picked up the slider door along with the rear cargo door shades, they are spectacular. The fit and finish is superb. Next up I need to get the full cab set.
These are such an upgrade to the fabric covers that came from my van build manufacturer. Able to just fold them down halfway for driving (or a little light) without having to take them down and stow completely. And the difference in HEAT coming through those windows in midsummer is astounding. Great purchase.

Slider door and back door shades are a game changer. These are great and super easy to hang/roll up/take down. Worth the money I spent.

This sliding entrance door window covering is well made and will last for many years. It is a snap to place on the window, remove, roll up and store while on the road. It totally blacks out light while providing insulation from heat or cold. I feel safe and secure with total privacy when I turn out the lights for a nights sleep. Definately worth the price. A stellar product!
The 2022 Thor Rize18M sofa window cover was a real challenge. There is no metal, and the glass had a small sliding glass window which made it difficult to attach a magnet. Simon @Vanmade Gear took the time to figure out a solution. This window covering is secured by screws and snap-on buttons. The best thing about all of this is when I park and go stealth mode. They can't see the inside of the VAN! No way, no how, and I love it. Thank you, Vanmade Gear. I saw you in December 2021, and you were not doing custom orders because of the demand for your product, but you took the time to help me out. Here we are in March 2022, and it was worth the wait! This is, by far, one of our most favorite items in our van!! We had lived in our van for a few months prior to ordering this window cover, and had just used magnets on the door with a curtain rod and a blackout curtain - but this slider door shade has been such a wonderful upgrade!! It fits perfectly from edge to edge, blocks out/in the light, and we LOVE that it has a t-vent so that we can keep the entire shade on but open just the bottom quarter to open our window and run our fan. It is a really well made item, and we couldn't recommend it more highly!

The fit is great. Wish there were a few more magnets that would support the lower portion of the shade better so that I could drop one or two of the top folds to have light without removing the shade completely.
